  1. How much does shipping cost?
  • We offer a flat rate shipping of $6.95 on all orders under $50. All orders over $50 receive complimentary shipping.
  • Express Shipping is $12.95.
  • USA & Canada Shipping is $10.95
  • New Zealand Shipping is $7.95
  • UK Shipping is $14.95
  1. How long does standard delivery take?
  • *Delivery times are only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed outside of our reasonable control and Bhava Co. will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred as a result of delayed shipping.
  • Standard shipping with Aus Post takes 2-7 business/working days depending on your location in Australia.
  • Please note dispatch may be delayed up to 48 hours during promotional periods.
  1. How long does express shipping take?
  • *Delivery times are only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed outside of our reasonable control and Bhava Co. will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred as a result of delayed shipping.
  • Orders placed before 9:30am will be shipped in the same day and will be delivered within three business/working days, depending on your location within Australia.
  • Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday and will be delivered within three business/working days.

  • Yes we Ship to; Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA & Canada
  1. How do I track my delivery?
  • Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email hello@bhavaco.com.au
  1. Will I need to sign for my delivery?
  • No. If you are not home at the time of your delivery your order will be taken to your nearest post office and you will be given a card with information on where to collect your parcel or it will be left in a safe place if there is one available.
  1. I received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?
  • If you have any concerns, questions or issues with your order please email hello@bhavaco.com.au immediately and inform us of what the issue is and our customer service team will be in touch.
  1. What is your return/exchange policy?
  • We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for faulty or broken items.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and properly secured in its original packaging.

  • Please note we do not offer refunds due to change of mind
  1. Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
  • As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email hello@bhavaco.com.au and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been despatched.
